I called MML Plumbing to investigate a boiler fault and they were very helpful and quick to respond. The engineer,... Mike, arrived earlier than expected and was friendly and professional. He thoroughly explored the problem(s) and fixed what he could. Unfortunately, it is a problem that the manufacturer will have to deal with (due to availability of parts). Mike was very honest about this and, here is the amazing part, he did not charge me today as he couldn’t fully resolve the issue! MML Plumbing did an excellent job. The engineer was very thorough with the safety checks, boiler service and Gas Safe... certification of two properties he worked at for me. Very good value for money, very good service. Admin staff were courteous and friendly over phone and email and we very prompt with sending all paperwork and copies of photographs to me. DON'T HESITATE TO BOOK! ..They have been absolutely fantastic!..fast response to my initial, panicked,... call!Levy is professional, quick to source what's gone wrong and fix it,..also to explain exactly the reasons as to why etc.We are moving house and certainly didn't need this worry on top of everything else..MML promptly removed this issue.! We needed to replace a radiator and in a short space of time, Levy not only replaced the radiator, but found the right size and style etc; and brought it to us, installed it and had everything sorted in no time!.. he also dismantled a water filter system, we are taking with us, no fuss.. and VERY reasonably priced!..I would highly recommend their service!..it's great to know you have a reliable, professional , friendly plumbing team on your doorstep!
